They have lost four straight coming into this matchup, and the last time they were in Philadelphia they lost 110-105. The Sixers naturally have lost 4 of their last 5, but are fresh off an impressive performance where they almost took down the Clippers. I think Nerlens Noel is able to limit the damage that DeMarcus Cousins can do, and the 76ers sneak out of this one with a win. Take the Sixers and the 5 points here.
